American Conditioned Air Incorporated is a regional leader in
the installation and service of H.V.A.C. and Control Systems with over
thirty years in the industry. American Conditioned Air Incorporated
is proud of its well deserved reputation for reliability and integrity.
The Professionalism of our staff is without peer in the Tucson area.
American Conditioned Air Incorporated was founded in Febuary of 1976
as a State Licensed Air Conditioning Contracting Firm specializing
in controls, (H.V.A.C.) heating, ventilating, air conditioning and cooling
systems.
1979 marked a milestone for American Conditioned Air Incorporated, due to
ongoing customer requests and a need to better serve our customers, the
company made a commitment and the necessary capital investment to create
and implement a complete sheet metal fabrication and installation division.
We are proud of the continued growth and success we have achieved in both our
Sheet-Metal and Service Departments.
Becuase of our strong desire to keep current with the ever changing technology
of our highly specialized industry and business disciplines in general, we maintain
active membership in several industry and business associations, such as: the Association
of Energy Engineers, American Subcontractor Association, Southern Arizona Mechanical
Contractors Association, Electric League of Arizona, Southern Arizona Home Builders
Association, Better Buisness Bureau of Tucson, National Federation of Independent
Business, and the National Association of Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors.
The opportunity to exchange information with other Association Members on a local and
national level have proven invaluable in aiding American Conditioned Air Incorporated
to maintain its position of leadership within the H.V.A.C. Industry throughout the
Southern Airzona Marketplace.
Our dealership of the Novar Logic One Facility Automation System for the Tucson area
allows us to offer true direct digital control services to our corporate customers.
We expect that our expertise, joined with Novar's acknowledged superiority in the DCC
Technology, will give our customers the most effective and competitive utility cost
control in this area. In addition, Novar has excellent technical support to augment
